How do I book an appointment with you?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

How does payment work?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

You can pay in cash or by card at the appointment.<\/p>\n

\n

How long does the styling take?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

A makeup-only styling takes about 1 hour, plus 15 minutes for setup and tidying up if I come to you. A complete styling takes about 2 hours, plus 15 minutes for setup and tidying up. At my home studio, I use those 15 minutes to offer you a coffee (or Prosecco) and let you settle in.<\/p>\n

If you’re very nervous, have a lot of hair, skin issues that bother you, or something similar, please let me know in advance so I can schedule more time for you \u2014 that way, you won\u2019t feel rushed.<\/p>\n

Where does the styling take place?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

You\u2019re welcome to come to my home studio in the 22nd district (Podlahagasse 31A, 1220 Vienna), or I can come to your location. For the latter, I charge \u20ac0.80\/km for the round trip.<\/p>\n

How should I prepare my hair?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Please make sure your hair is freshly washed and blow-dried. Don\u2019t use any products in your hair except shampoo (not even conditioner!). It\u2019s a persistent myth that \u201cdirty\u201d hair is easier to style \u2014 in fact, the opposite is true!<\/p>\n

If you have natural curls and want to wear them, please let me know so we can figure out the best way to prepare your hair.<\/p>\n

How should I prepare my face?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Please come to your appointment with a clean, makeup-free, and well-hydrated face.<\/p>\n

\n

Should I bring inspiration pictures?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Absolutely! Pictures always help me understand your vision.<\/p>\n

\n

Do you also work outside of Vienna?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Yes, of course! I charge \u20ac0.80\/km round trip from Podlahagasse 31A, 1220 Vienna.<\/p>\n

\n

What do you need at the styling location?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

A chair, a power outlet, a table, and ideally natural daylight. I always bring a daylight lamp, but nothing beats natural light!<\/p>\n

\n

How can I make my makeup last as long as possible?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

You\u2019ll get a super long-lasting makeup from me, but with a little help from you, it will look just as fresh late at night as it did at the start.<\/p>\n

If you start to get shiny, check your touch-up kit (which you\u2019ll receive from me) for the powder puff. I\u2019ve already applied powder to it, so you can easily mattify shiny areas.<\/p>\n

You\u2019ll also get some of the lip product we used so you can touch up your lips if needed.<\/p>\n

In general: makeup\u2019s biggest enemy is oil. So try not to touch your face too much.<\/p>\n

\n

Which products do you use?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

I use a wide variety of brands because I believe no single brand does everything well. All of my products are cruelty-free.<\/p>\n

The types of products I use also depend heavily on your skin type.<\/p>\n

\n

What is your specialty?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

I specialize in natural makeup. Almost all of my clients want to avoid a mask-like look and don\u2019t like the feel of heavy makeup on their skin. Since I work in many thin layers and only use more coverage where truly needed, the result looks very natural. That\u2019s also why I take longer than someone who simply applies full-coverage foundation all over.<\/p>\n

Is there parking available at your place?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Yes, I can provide a private parking space right next to the house. Otherwise, there are usually free spots on the street \u2014 just don\u2019t forget your parking ticket!<\/p>\n

What are your prices?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Why do you only offer one type of makeup and not separate categories like day makeup, evening makeup, event makeup, etc.?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Because all of them require the same effort from me. A day makeup might involve fewer products, but achieving a natural finish takes more time and sometimes more skin prep. I invest a lot of time in every styling session to achieve the best possible result.<\/p>\n

Also, the boundaries between makeup types are very subjective. What exactly counts as evening makeup and what still as day makeup?<\/p>\n

\n

Do I have to wear false lashes?!<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

I won\u2019t force you to wear false lashes, but I will encourage you to. I think many of us are still traumatised by those big lashes from the \u201890s we used to wear for fancy dress. I only use individual lash clusters, which can be made to look very natural since I have full control over the length, volume, and intensity.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
